Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of any purchase (package, upgrade, add-on, credits or renewal) by emailing contact@vebrininfotech.com with your receipt number.

When a purchase is refunded, what it gave is removed: a refunded package returns the website to free preview, unused credits from that purchase are removed, and refunded add-ons are switched off.

Payments are processed by our payment partners (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or PayPal), who issue the refund to your original payment method. Bank processing can take 5–10 business days.
